The operational Change team is part of the ESS Strategy & Change function, responsible for managing cross-functional projects along key themes of Standardization, Simplification, Automation, and Framework design, among others. Transitions CoE is another value proposition of the team, providing E2E/Light touch support for work transfers, based on a well-defined Transitions methodology.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
· Manage/assist Projects to successful completion, ensuring adherence to Project Methodology and AXA XL processes and governance standards.
· Assist the team of Project Managers to ensure a steady focus on ongoing Projects and completeness of overall deliverables for the Operational Change team.
· Working with cross-functional team across geographies to ensure adherence to Project timelines and scope and create measurable results.
· Preparing and maintaining up-to-date Project plans throughout the Project for all aspects of delivery. Monitoring project progress and reporting Project progress to all stakeholders per Project/Program

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
· PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certification is preferred.
· Prior experience in handling projects is an added advantage.
· Knowledge of Six Sigma/Agile methodology is desirable.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
· Performs tasks according to established Project Management processes and uses innovative ways to ensure Project goals are met most effectively.
· Communicate effectively with all stakeholders ensuring visibility of Project progress and consequent feedback loop.
· Ability to work effectively with a diverse team spread across functions and geographies and implement communication strategies to ensure focus on Project deliverables and timelines.
