Job Title: Associate Project Manager

Reporting Relationship: Project Manager 

Role Summary: We are looking for a person who worked in tech side initially on any Language/tech side and now working as functional APM/Sr. Tech Lead and guiding team & client on solutioning side

Contract duration: 6 months + extendable

Job Responsibilities

  • Should have good project management work experience on client handling, team building, Risk analysis etc.
  • Should have client facing experience and having worked in highly matrix organization - this APM need to work closely with offshore development PM, SPM and onsite Development and Implementation PMs & SPM
  • Should be able to provide inputs to prepare the implementation schedule, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk / risk mitigation
  • Should be able to mentor and guide the team and have good issue resolution and people management skills
  • Should be having team leading experience.
  • Reviews software deliverables developed by team members
  • Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development and Verification/Validation Tasks
  • 8-10 years' experience as an associate project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
  • 3-4 years’ experience in client facing project management
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems
  • Manage a team of around 10~20 resources, leads and engineers for Applications projects.
  • 2 to 3 years of enterprise level software Program Management experience helpful.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery of projects of high quality.
  • Thorough SDLC and understanding value and trade-offs of varied development methodologies (Iterative, Agile)

  1. Knowledge of ticketing tools, incidents.
  2. Experience working in retail domain.
  3. International customer handling experience
  4. Experience in managing the service desk, NOC, Support engineering kind of projects.

Prerequisites:

  • B.Tech (CS/IT)/ MCA
  • Certified ScrumMaster and PMP Certification recommended.
  • Project Management as per CMMiL5 processes
  • 8-10 years of experience.,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative measures, appropriate solutions and configurations which may impact product performance.
