Job Description & Summary

Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement project management policies, standards, and procedures. 

  • Oversee the management of project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. 

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects. 

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation. 

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. 

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed. 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks. 

  • Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans. 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 

  • Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders. 

  • Evaluate and improve the PMO's performance through applying best practices and innovative solutions. 

  • Provide training and mentoring to project managers and team members. 

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor expenditures. 

  • Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. 

 

*Mandatory skill sets 

  • Should have experience in Agile project management practice. 

  • Should have very good overview of SAP S/4 HANA any core (functional) modules. Not necessarily an expert on all modules but should be able to resolve critical situation or complex requirements. 

  • Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison. 

  • Should have worked in dynamic environment with mix of organization and client teams. 

  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 

  • Strong technology awareness and skills (MS Office and beyond); ability to build presentations, excel reports, and conduct analysis that interpret the data, create valuable business insights 

  • Demonstrates advanced communication skills: oral, written, and active listening 

 

*Preferred skill sets 

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management. 

 

*Year of experience  

  • 7-10 Yrs experience  

 

*Educational Qualification   

  • BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CA
