This position will lead cross-functional projects focused on improving recruiter workflows, launching integrated TA technologies, refining reporting capabilities, and telling the “so what” story behind TA metrics to influence senior leadership decisions. The Project Manager will collaborate with global stakeholders to drive the execution of innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, fostering a culture of continuous optimization, and ensuring the seamless integration of new tools and processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness within Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Technology & Process Optimization

  • Lead the global implementation and enhancement of TA systems, tools, and automation solutions.

  • Map, document, and continuously improve TA workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and enable scalability.

  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and TA teams to ensure tools are user-centric, aligned to business needs, and well-integrated across platforms.

  • Standardize systems usage and process adoption across regions, providing clear documentation and playbooks.

  • Ensure operational alignment with the latest global data privacy, compliance, and audit standards.

Data Strategy, Governance & Reporting

  • Define and maintain global TA data standards to ensure consistency and quality across systems.

  • Build and maintain dashboards that enable visibility into pipeline health, performance, funnel metrics, and experience indicators.

  • Lead data deep dives to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and workload distribution.

  • Tell the “so what” behind the data—delivering clear, actionable insights that shape TA strategy and influence senior stakeholders.

Project & Change Management

  • Manage multiple, complex projects from scoping through to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

  • Develop change and communication plans to support the rollout and adoption of new systems or ways of working.

  • Coordinate across global teams to ensure consistent delivery and execution, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify areas for optimization across the recruitment lifecycle using data, system usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and TA tech best practices—bringing forward relevant innovations for piloting or adoption.

  • Evaluate external vendors, tools, and AI capabilities that can improve recruiter efficiency, stakeholder experience, or decision-making speed.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to TA leadership, providing recommendations that combine internal performance data with broader market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Tech, or a global PMO setting.

  • Proven success in leading large-scale system or process implementations across geographies.

  • Deep understanding of TA metrics, capacity planning models, and data storytelling.

  • Experience with ATS (e.g., Workday), CRM, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
