In this role, you would be responsible for E2E Account Management, Project Management, Delivery & SLA assurance, Team Management, Client Relationship Management, Innovations & Solutions for HMS operations for a prestigious client in the USA.
Responsibilities
• Senior Project manager with proven ability to lead teams and drive from the front
• Collaborate with business leads to design & impose an all-inclusive exhaustive administration across projects within the account
• Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients
• Experienced working in an Agile setup.
• Monitor shift performance and trainings
• Ensure SLAs are met
• Participate in management reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Ensure coordination across time zones, shifts and team leads
• Mentor Team leads bring in governance and best practices
• People management and ensure customer satisfaction
• Escalation support
• Strong communication skills, highly proactive in approach, Strong interpersonal skills
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Manage & prioritize deliverables
• Learn and apply new processes and tools
• Excitement about working in an unstructured environment full of ambiguity and constant change, and willingness to independently problem-solve in it.

Minimum Qualifications
• Any Graduate with Proven Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Thorough with SLAs, metrics and reporting
• Handy with Excel & PowerPoint
• Experience in managing and leading teams
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools.
• Time management and organizational experience.
• Experience assessing, analyzing and resolving issues.
