Position: Technical Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst
Experience: 5+years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Pune
Shift: Time zone overlap time with US 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm IST
Responsibilities:
- The Technical Product Owner works closely with a Forge product team as a Scrum Product Owner and collaborates with Product Managers and users to define and prioritize software requirements.
- This individual will be responsible for leading the execution of technology projects and will work closely with internal and external users to support evolving needs. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and developing a pipeline of new features and enhancements and lead acceptance testing activities to ensure the successful delivery of quality deliverables.
- This role relies heavily on written communication to analyze and specify product requirements, clearly scope and implement the right-sized technology solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in finance, banking, capital markets or other enterprise applications within the financial services industry ·
- Hands-on, technology project execution experience, specifically the development of software as a service product.
- Proven experience with Agile SDLC and quality assurance concepts, practices, and procedures Clear understanding of system integrations and API concepts
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and business requirements.
- Strong ability to dissect complex situations to troubleshoot and propose solutions.
- Experience working with USA-based teams and counterparts.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, speaking to technical and non-technical business users
- 5-7 years of work experience in a business analyst, product analyst or product manager role
- An undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or finance.
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Ability to deep dive into data, and identify and quantify opportunities to drive design of sustainable improvements and solutions.
- Appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved.
Nice to have
- Capital markets market data experience, reference, security master, and real-time
- Experience across multiple securities asset classes · Data analysis and reporting experience with a working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Experience working at growth-stage startups
- Experience working with distributed remote global teams
