Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring that technical solutions align with project objectives and industry best practices.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage team workloads to ensure optimal productivity and project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring that projects remain on track.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with client expectations.
• Agile Methodology: Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and progress reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, systems architecture, or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is desirable.
• Project Management Skills:
• Proven experience in managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
• Experience in managing projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
• Experience in managing projects across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Prior experience working in a software development or technology consulting firm.
