We are looking for a driven Product Manager with at least 2 years of experience in
product management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing
all aspects of a product lifecycle, including feature creation, user interviews, and
product implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centric and
financially impactful product features, as well as experience with various project
management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with users to create and refine feature lists.
● Conduct user interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.
● Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and
iteration.
● Implement features that align with the company’s vision and user needs while
focusing on financial impacts.
● Facilitate meetings with the tech team, stakeholders, and customers to identify
pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure
successful feature implementation and project execution.
● Utilize tools such as Jira to track project progress and manage tasks.
● Think strategically about feature enhancements and product direction based on
user feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
(preferred but not mandatory).
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-
focused environment.
● Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies like Jira,
Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and
stakeholders.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate product vision and user
needs effectively.
