Job Title: Supply Chain Management E-commerce Product Manager

 

Reports To: Head of E-commerce Supply Chain Management

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, data-driven, and innovative Supply Chain Management E-commerce Product Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence in our supply chain functions.

Role Overview:

As the Supply Chain Management E-commerce Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a focus on optimizing the supply chain functions to deliver an efficient, cost-effective, and customer-centric e-commerce experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, technology, inventory management, and business operations to deliver solutions that improve order fulfillment, product availability, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for supply chain management systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency for e-commerce operations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders (e.g., logistics, customer support, marketing) to understand needs and pain points and translate them into product requirements.
  • Evaluate competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Lead collaboration with technology teams to build, implement, and optimize supply chain systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, inventory management tools).
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to develop strategies for improving warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, and last-mile delivery.
  • Work with data analytics teams to implement reporting, monitoring, and performance measurement systems to track supply chain performance.
  1. Process Optimization & Automation:
  • Identify inefficiencies in the existing supply chain processes and work on continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Explore opportunities for automation and AI/ML implementation in supply chain operations, particularly for inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning.
  1. Customer Experience & Order Fulfillment:
  • Focus on improving delivery timelines, inventory availability, and order accuracy to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives to improve return management, reverse logistics, and post-order fulfillment processes.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking supply chain performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive decisions and align with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Report regularly to senior management on supply chain performance, challenges, and opportunities.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in product management within e-commerce, retail, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and demand planning.
  • Experience with supply chain management tools and technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, OMS).
  • Experience with data analytics, including the use of reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment is a plus.
