Job Summary 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in product management and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. 
  • Translate customer requirements into product features and user stories.  
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market 
  • Prioritize features based on business impact and customer value. 
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. 
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success. 
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers to continuously improve the product. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management. 

 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 

3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Proven track record of delivering successful products. 

Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus. 

Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
