Principal Accountabilities:

Strategy, Ideation and Roadmap:
  • Analyze market trends.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
  • Anticipate market & customers needs and create requirement-driven solutions.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Plan product design and features.
  • Benchmark and differentiate versus competitors.
  • Articulate market requirements.
Product Definition:
  • Author product requirements.
  • Work with business analysts to understand customer requirements. 
  • Globalize features to fit across markets/deployments.
Product Marketing
  • Create product collaterals.
  • Participate in industry forums and events, event sponsorships.
  • Author white papers and case studies.
  • Define pricing approach for market segments.
Collaboration 
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers in an agile development environment. Work with Business Development (BD) on RFPs if required, assist in training BD and sales, ensure demo infrastructure.
  • Support Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and in reviewing Change Requests received from market.
  • Partner engagement: Assess partnerships and licensing opportunities with external 3rd parties
