Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Development:

    • Define product roadmap and vision for walling products (e.g., AAC blocks, wall panels, drywall systems, plaster, or other masonry solutions).

    • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing for new product development and improvements.

    • Conduct competitor benchmarking and gap analysis.

  2. Market Intelligence & Customer Insights:

    • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

    • Visit job sites, channel partners, architects, and contractors for firsthand insights.

    • Provide market feedback to guide innovation and product positioning.

  3. Go-to-Market & Launch Planning:

    • Develop product launch plans and manage rollouts in coordination with marketing and sales.

    • Create product collaterals, datasheets, demos, and technical documentation.

    • Conduct internal product training for sales and distribution partners.

  4. Sales Enablement & Support:

    • Act as a product expert and key point of contact for the sales team in Surat and surrounding markets.

    • Support with pricing strategies, technical presentations, and customer-specific solutions.

    • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to drive product adoption.

  5. Channel & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with channel partners, influencers, and project stakeholders to drive product visibility.

    • Support marketing campaigns, seminars, and awareness activities in Surat region.

  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor KPIs including volume growth, market share, pricing, and profitability.

    • Provide regular product performance updates to leadership.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical) + MBA in Marketing or Product Management (preferred)

  • Experience: 5–8 years in product management or technical marketing in walling materials, construction chemicals, or building solutions

  • Skills:

    • Strong technical and commercial understanding of walling solutions

    • Good communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

    • Familiarity with project sales and construction practices

    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and product lifecycle tools
