Position Overview: EveoAI is looking for a skilled Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven products. You will manage a team of 10-12 engineers, working closely with the founders to drive product strategy and execution.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with the founders.
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Conduct market research to identify user needs and product opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Ensure products meet high standards of quality and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- BTech, BE, ME, or MTech in AI, NLP, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputed institution.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent understanding of AI, ML, and NLP technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
- Background in computer science or engineering.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
