Job Description

·        Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.

·        Expertise in handling enterprise level Mobile Application products would be preferred.

·        The role will provide an opportunity to develop enterprise products that cater to global market across various industry verticals.

·        Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

·        Gather and assimilate market, customer and competitive intelligence to develop and own the product strategy & vision.

·        Responsible for product strategy, planning and executing product launches in governance, risk and compliance space.

·        Drive the strategy and own the product road-map.

·        Drive strategic innovation to generate new product ideas Partner with cross-functional leadership team and define roadmap priorities.

·        Work closely with Design, and developer to deliver the desired capabilities Engage with customers and partners to validate product enhancements.

·        Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partners and Professional Services to drive market traction

·        Competent to solve business problems and loves to interact with stakeholders and customers to understand the real problem.

·        Should be skilled at building strong partnerships and collaborate with various stakeholders including BA, architects, and developers.

·        Play the product owner role by detailing out the user stories and create wire frames & designs Strong analytical and communication skills

·        Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

·        Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful.

·        Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.

·        Manage and develop product backlog, as well as user stories backlog for implementation.

·        Conduct backlog grooming meetings with a team of product owners.

·        Attend sprint planning and demo meetings to give feedback on sprint achievement, as well as to scrum team.

·        Develop and implement action plans for building and sustaining demand for a product.
