Tookitaki is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful client project execution, ensuring alignment with best practices, business objectives, and compliance requirements. This role will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with remote deployment teams, and maintaining project standards in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, compliance technology, and client-facing project management with a track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects, aligning with Tookitaki’s corporate strategy and delivery standards. The role involves project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively. By establishing and maintaining project management frameworks, this position ensures consistency, drives operational excellence, and enhances customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Execution & Governance

    • Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices across the organization.

    • Ensure all projects align with corporate strategy, compliance objectives, and client needs.

    • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks effectively.

  2. Client Engagement & Expectation Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

    • Manage client expectations, proactively addressing concerns and setting realistic, achievable goals.

    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through structured project execution and effective communication.

  3. Operational Efficiency & Reporting

    • Integrate data from multiple projects to provide a holistic view of project performance.

    • Prepare weekly project portfolio updates and high-level summaries for senior management.

    • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and project success rates.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

    • Work closely with remote deployment teams to ensure seamless project execution.

    • Coach, mentor, and train project managers and delivery teams on project management best practices.

    • Align project execution with business growth objectives and evolving compliance requirements.

  5. Risk & Issue Management

    • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and bottlenecks.

    • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen project challenges.

    • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to project execution.

  6. Client Negotiation & Expectation Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and proactive resolution of challenges.

    • Negotiate effectively with demanding clients, managing expectations around timelines, scope, and deliverables.

    • Develop a structured approach to setting, aligning, and reinforcing expectations across stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

  7. Cluster-Level Oversight

    • Oversee project delivery across multiple countries in the assigned regions

    • Work closely with regional teams, deployment engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with local market requirements.

    • Implement standardized project governance frameworks across geographies while allowing flexibility for region-specific nuances.

  8. Enterprise Implementation Expertise

    • Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale enterprise project rollouts, ensuring smooth integration with client systems.

    • Drive project success by applying expertise in fintech, payments, compliance technology, or complex B2B SaaS implementations.

    • Establish and monitor KPIs for project success, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery that meets business objectives.

  9. Technical & Business Acumen

    • Possess a deep understanding of business operations and technology to bridge the gap between technical teams and client requirements.

    • Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals, effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance scalability, operational efficiency, and project success rates.

    • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between pre-sales, deployment, sales, and client success teams.
