Job Summary:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs in the Solutions and Product organization. You will manage large-scale, high-impact programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, product management, and business stakeholders. You will also drive agile execution, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of product and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of technical and product programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product management, and business teams to define project requirements, objectives, and milestones.
- Agile Project Management: Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure agile practices are followed and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, and work with cross-functional teams to implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for program status updates, reporting progress to senior leadership and providing insights for strategic decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve program execution processes and workflows to increase efficiency and optimize delivery timelines.
- Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and external partners as needed to ensure smooth delivery and integration of technical solutions.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives and drive alignment across teams to support organizational growth and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in a product or solutions environment.
- Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and product management processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, high-impact programs simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Technical background or understanding of cloud services, SaaS, APIs, and other modern software technologies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in product development or technology-driven organizations.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience managing global teams and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
