Job Summary:
As a Technical Project Manager with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and delivering technical projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Your role involves risk management, budget allocation, stakeholder communication, and resource planning to ensure successful project execution.
You will leverage your technical expertise in IT product implementation, ERP, and CRM systems, along with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project for project tracking and visualization. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Lead and manage technical projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Risk, Budget & Resource Management:
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage budgets, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
Ensure efficient utilization of project resources.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Provide regular status updates and ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Facilitate meetings, progress reports, and issue resolution discussions.
Technical Project Execution:
Oversee the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure quality assurance.
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Gantt charts for project tracking and reporting.
Drive IT product implementation projects, ERP, and CRM system deployments.
Change Management & Conflict Resolution:
Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving business needs.
Address conflicts within teams and ensure a collaborative work environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
